Shippensburg Animal Hospital has Great Caring Staff. They are quite knowledgeable, detailed, and provide great total family (pet and parent) support. I have been using Shippensburg and their two sister locations Mount Rock and Allen Road for 5+ years. I have been supported by vets and staff rotating between locations and feel the total connected process really works for our rural area. Thank you all for the compassion, the follow-up and the overall knowledge you have and willingly share to keep our fur kids healthy. I first used them when they included an avian vet and then grew my feline family with their great care.
Dr. Pinney and his team were absolutely wonderful with my sweet guy. He had a lot of lumps removed, and he is still as happy as a clam. (Don’t worry, the cone is off just for modeling purposes.)
Prior to surgery, Dr. Pinney took the utmost care in creating a plan that will help keep my buddy happy and healthy. Through the scariest of times, he provided reassurance and answered all of my anxious questions with such patience and sincerity.

The staff here is very patient and calm! From the first call I made with concerns about my dog’s pain/showing uncomfortable signs on a Saturday morning, she was very empathetic and kind. They were able to fit us in for a morning appointment, even though this is not our home vet and we’d be new clients. The vet tech and Dr. Sindoni were all very great!! They were patient with not only me, but with my very nervous dog who was in pain. I felt comfortable asking all my questions, and trust within them. I would highly recommend Shippensburg Animal Hospital and look forward to our next visit.
