Originally I got my hair done and the stylist did a great job with my toner but the hair cut wasn’t exactly what I had asked for. She had a customer right after me so I felt like I couldn’t say anything about it. Later in the week I called and asked if I could get my haircut fixed. I was able to go in 30 min later and I saw Rebecca. She was SO amazing. She was kind and understood exactly what I wanted. I’m so incredibly happy with my hair now. I gave the salon 4 stars because of my initial experience. Maybe it was miscommunication but I was very happy to be able to come in and get my hair fixed without having to pay more. And Rebecca was amazing!!! 🤩

As always, my stylist was patient with me and checked in often, and did exactly what I asked them to do. I will continue to go to this salon.
Requested style: I just got a simple shampoo and cut, but with layers added for extra volume.
Stylist: Elle was my stylist. She was very kind and patient, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She checked in with me often to make sire I got exactly what I wanted.
