Our AC has been limping along. We were on a wait list somewhere else and they couldn’t tell us how soon they’d arrive. After a week of 80 degrees in the house, we reached out to Matt. He was already close by and stopped by as soon as he was done. Problem fixed and house is cool. I will recommend 1000%!
Fricks was able to come out next day and replace a bad capacitor in our outdoor unit. I know it won’t fully cool off til the morning, but the house already feels better and it’s only been running for 1.5 hours. Down almost 12% humidity and 4 degrees cooler in just 1.5 hours. Thanks so much Fricks!! No one else was able to come out as quickly, nor had the part in stock for the one company that could’ve come out today.
