When you're grieving, you need support, comfort, & understanding. I found that and more at Fogelsanger-Bricker. Justin, the funeral director I worked with, was patient, calm, & helpful. Whether it's planning a full service or just ordering keepsakes, he took the time to find out what I really wanted. He explained things well & kept me in the loop, so I knew exactly what would happen when. Our family was profoundly grateful to have him helping us. He really made a dreadful time more bearable.

The entire staff was great and handled my mother’s services very well. However, I would like to particularly acknowledge Mark Filburn. He was the one who prepared my mom for her viewing and services. She had fallen a few days before her death and had significant bruising over her face.From the moment he came to transport my mom to the funeral home after she passed, he assured me that he would be able to make her presentable and he more than followed through on his promise. He was able to cover the bruising and had her looking like her beautiful self.I would definitely recommended the entire funeral home and especially Mark to handle things quickly and professionally... read full review
