My son’s school photos were mediocre at best. The lighting is poor, half of his face is dark. I don’t think I’m getting school photos again. I might just hire someone else. I’m not impressed at all. And we just moved here from a very small town, that apparently has much better talent when it comes to hiring a photographer for school. If I had to assume he knows somebody, that’s how he’s able to be the one doing the school photos to make a quick buck. Because there’s clearly little effort in my son’s photo. Like taking the whole 90 seconds to make the lighting correct or adjusting his camera would have ended the world.

The pictures come out great through school, however I've tried several times now to get a hold of someone there to purchase additional pictures or packages and never heard back. Disappointing.

I will update this when my photography issues are corrected. I understand Andy is one person with a few workers, but I'm frustrated at this point. I've emailed, called, and Facebook messaged multiple times about my oldest daughter's pictures Kindergarten 2020-2021 class photo, and 2021-2022 entire package. As well as my youngest daughter's 2021-2022 class photo. I was told over the summer of 2022 that the 2020-2021 class photos were still in process, as well as the 2021-2022 class photos due to composite issues.
