This fitness center really lives up to its name. I joined Move Better in April 2023, and immediately felt at home working with Ken and Marissa; they are very caring and attentive, and their expertise is first-rate. In early September my husband and I toured Yellowstone National Park for a day, and I realized that, thanks to my weeks at Move Better, it was easy for me to get in and out of the back seat of the tour van, hike up and down steep gravel trails, and be able to really enjoy a full day in the park…and still have energy at the end of the day. Absolutely love going there. Love being challenged yet they are mindful of my weaknesses. Coaches are supportive and make sure you are doing your best. Would recommend to anyone looking to build strength and move better. Not your typical gym and that’s what makes it great.

I really enjoy Move Better! The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and fun to be around! The workouts are challenging but manageable. And the facilities offer a good amount of diversity so that you can get a total body workout. I am so happy to have found Move Better! Thank you to their great staff!
