I started physical therapy at this location in January, mostly because I go to the doctor’s office next door and thought it would be convenient. At my first two visits, I was told everything with my insurance looked fine. A few sessions in, I checked again just to make sure—and that’s when things became confusing.

I found out the secretary had resigned, and there was no documentation about my insurance. It turned out that neither my physical therapist nor their billing office had contacted my insurance at all.
