I have a Cape Cod style house with a large dormer out the back which covers the upstairs bathroom. After all the rain this past summer, I found water spots in the bathroom ceiling. I called two roofing companies for estimates. One wouldn't touch the job unless they got to do the whole roof at a cost of $12,000+. The other would do just the repairs to the dormer but not guarantee the work. I called my insurance agent and found insurance would not pay to repair/replace. He referred me to Sharon Roofing. Fred came out the next day. He actually went UP ON THE ROOF to look (the other two didn't), he took pictures of what he thought may be the problem and showed them to me....read full review
