Completely ruined my bday nails and tried to scam me. My previous set was pink ombré nails that I got from the same lady. Last time she assured me changing colors would be no issue. I requested blue & green ombré on my hands. Green nails & blue designs with stones on both hands and feet. She gave me a extremely basic foot design with glitter and no stones... finally get to the hands , after she takes off the powder, files and shapes my nails she claims she can't do a 2 color ombré on short nails... that's literally what I came in with and it's the same set SHE did 2 weeks ago. Now suddenly I need a full take off and full set just for a color change. I ended up with only green gel nails, I requested a flower and got dots instead with 2 stones. I asked for more stones , she had a attitude and went back to saying I never had ombré before. I literally have pics of me with what I was asking for from that salon that I've gotten previously. She just didn't want to or didnt think to blend 2 colors. Either way, my nails look like chicklets, I hate both designs and my nails are super thick. Thanks for a preview of everything that can go wrong during what's supposed to be a relaxing birthday moment. Not coming back
