I had a great experience with the staff here. Everyone was friendly. I really liked Tatiana. She was welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. I felt heard during my visit. She is an asset to the team there!

Well, the staff here is great. They're very helpful and polite. Dr. Kodali and Jay are very nice. Just sometimes you have to wait a while to see Dr. Kodali, but that's not my complaint. My complaint is, well depending on what insurance you have. You might get a denial from the Insurance. I got one twice in four months. One denied paying for my visit with Jay, and another denial for seeing Dr. Kodali. Now I showed my denials to the receptionist and I was told that my bill was paid for both visits, but told me to call the billing department because they don't handle billing at the clinic.
