Great work guys knowing it wasn’t an easy task kudos to Cliff Wertz, George Wertz and Corbin Dillchawder. Brian L., Garrett W., and Anthony R. were all great guys and super professional. They walked customers through the whole thing in depth in terms they could understand. They even took the time to call a fiance at work to explain everything. 😁after a little under 4 inches of rain in under 24 hours, a lot of roads closed due to flooding -- i opened the basement door and heard water running!!! i ran down and much to my amazement seen no water on the floor except where the furnace and hot water is (they could not get in the back to put a trench so they put a drain in front of it instead). NO WATER!!!!!! i then heard the sump pump kick on so i went outside to look at the drain and yes!!!! it was pumping out the water from the trenchs. usually as this much rain falls; we have a river from one side of the basement to the drain that flows pretty good. Bakers waterproofing has been a godsend!! their installers were so hard working and knowledgeable in the process and had to think on their feet. the whole process was a big undertaking on both our part (cleaning the 50 plus years of crap out of the basement) and their hard work. Thank you for the peace of mind and the dry basement.!!!!! 1m Reply
Absolute professionals from start to finish!!! Highly, highly recommend. Very impressed with everyone we interacted with. Michael did our estimate. He came out on a Saturday afternoon and spent over an hour with us. The guys that did the basement work, Eric, David and Alex were very polite and worked over 8 hours a day to get the job done in 4 days. You can tell they take pride in their work. Just a great group of people!! Again … very, very impressed.
