Clinic worked with me throughout the process. I did their virtual consult in November and was supposed to go for an in person consult in December and January (both on their Saturday appt days!) but had to cancel on my end because of big snow storms. After the second cancellation I asked if I could just come in for a same day consult and treatment if I qualified and they said yes :) A week later I had an appt where I came in at 10, finished my consult and testing by 12, took a little snack break and then had surgery at 1. I went from scheduling my yearly exam to having LASIK a week later. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor talked through the entire process. Only regrets are waiting this long l.
This was the greatest gift I ever bought for myself. You are laying in the exam table for 5 minutes, that is what it really all comes down to, 5 minutes and you’re done. You life will literally change in 5 quick minutes. zero pain. Heck, the dilation drops were worse than the actual procedure. Every single person is so very nice and encouraging = 10 stars on professionalism. Watch a Youtube video of a procedure start to finish, it will calm your nerves and then just get it done.
