I went to Sewickley Spine and Joint for chronic neck pain and had a great experience with Dr. Galatic. I’m relatively young but was dealing with frequent flares ranging from constant soreness to intense, “white-hot” pain that would shoot through my neck and head and make it hard to sleep.

What stood out right away is that his approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. They uses a mix of techniques and adapt each visit to what you actually need. I noticed improvement immediately, which I didn’t expect.

Also appreciated that there was no pressure for unnecessary add-ons or long treatment plans—just straightforward, effective care.

I see Dr. Mike Karafa at the Sewickley Spine and Joint Center, and he does a phenomenal job. He is very caring, professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. After his care, I feel like a brand-new person.

He uses the Cox chiropractic table, which is truly an amazing piece of equipment. Dr. Mike is excellent with his hands and always adjusts everything back into place with great care and precision.

If you’re looking for high-quality, effective chiropractic care, this place is second to none. They are truly “Making Chiropractic Great Again!”
