I do not like to write negative reviews, in particular for small businesses. However, the effect of Miller’s lack of customer service and lack of empathy from the owner made the experience very, very poor.

I dropped off four coats, a suit, and some shirts on a Monday. I was told that they would be ready by Wednesday after 3pm. I showed up Wednesday after 3pm to pick up my items. I was told that they weren’t dropped off. I figured the delivery man simply failed to drop them off that evening. I thought nothing of it. I returned on Friday during lunch time to pick up my items. I was informed they they were still not ready.
