“I have not used My Secret Spa's services, but my friend did a couple years back which is why I chose My Secret Spa for my partner who is looking to remove their facial hair. The owner was very helpful over the phone, the first time I called she detailed the process to me and told me about a special she is running. When I called again to purchase for my partner, she was extremely kind and patient and helped me work out exactly what I needed to buy, and told me about multiple deals to help me save money (which she easily could have not done!). She also accommodated my inability to come in person by offering to mail the gift cards I purchased. Obviously I cannot review the services myself, but I wanted to leave a review highlighting the owner's exceptional customer service because I am so happy that my partner is finally going to be able to get the hair removal that will make them feel more comfortable in their skin, and the owner made me feel confident that they will be in great hands for this service.“

For a rather invasive procedure, I felt very comfortable and well cared for. In opposition to other providers, there were no pushy sales for additional services. This will not be the least expensive for services, as keep in mind, you only have ONE body, and in regards to cosmetic procedures, you do get what you pay for.“

“Absolutely recommend. Dr. Stofman is so confident and has a reason to be. He completed my septo/rhino after a failed initial septoplasty back in 2014. He so knowledgeable and has an incredible team! Alexis, Amy, Kim, and Jackie with scheduling. I’m only one week postop and beyond swollen and still couldn’t wait to post this review. I’m already looking and breathing better in just one week then I did so many years post my 2014 surgery. He made me aware of all risks and possible outcomes.
