Very clean and bright. Friendly, patient and safe staff. Made me feel very welcome and explained in detail the difference in jewelry and why they aren't cheap. Made me feel very comfortable and offered me water and a sugar tablet when I became dizzy after. I got my navel and helix done and it barely hurt. I definitely recommend going to genisys! I will be back soon for my second lobe and a few more cartlige peircings! Thanks such a great experience!

I’ve had many piercings over the years. This was my third time going to Genisys. It’s the only place I’ll get pierced at now. Have had two helixes and just got a Monroe done there. Staff are superb, professional and every time I go it seems like someone is always cleaning. Place looks spotless and has a great atmosphere. Zero pain with the facial piercing. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
I took my daughter for her belly button piercing, and her piercer and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The studio is beautiful
