They were great to deal with. I could tell they were being honest with my questions even though they could have upsold me. Other roofing companies wanted to recommend more expensive options hoping I wouldn't ask questions or do any research. I'm very glad they took the time to answer my questions.
Shane returned my call regarding a leaking rubber roof and immediately came the next day to provide an estimate then repaired the leak. Excellent response time, great professional service and the repair got fixed. Would highly recommend to anyone!
We had a leak after a wind and rainstorm. Shane was the only roofing contractor to answer the phone. He was friendly and came out to the house the same day as we were expecting rain again the following day. Shane repaired the roof and inspected it at my request. Shane advised me that the roof still had some time and did not need to be replaced in the short term. It is so very refreshing to deal with an honest guy who takes care of customers and is prompt and respectful. I’d give him 10 stars if that were an option. Due to his extreme professionalism, he is absolutely the only contractor that will ever step foot on my roof.
