I initially had a very typical experience with my computer. Due to a miscommunication though my computer was not functioning as I was told initially. I went back at a later point & explained the sutuation. The staff corrected the issue with flying colors. I'm more than likely coming back for my future needs!

Asked about upgrading a laptop for better performance and the gentleman that answered the phone answered all my questions. The advice he offered made complete sense. If I decide to upgrade, I will choose these folks! He had great customer service skills and listened to understand the problem I'm having. I'm more than satisfied with just the simple phone call!
