Asked about upgrading a laptop for better performance and the gentleman that answered the phone answered all my questions. The advice he offered made complete sense. If I decide to upgrade, I will choose these folks! He had great customer service skills and listened to understand the problem I'm having. I'm more than satisfied with just the simple phone call!
