Great place to shop. All staff are extremely knowledgeable of the products and are very helpful and welcoming. I love the store and the shopping experience the staff provide. The environment is very clean and friendly.

I was very impressed with Ulta beauty. When I went in, there was somebody to help me and she immediately took me to the items that I needed to get. She was fast and efficient and extremely helpful. Also had a smile on her face and was very pleasant. This is definitely a place. I will shop in the future due to the excellent level of customer service. Checking out was also very simple and very pleasant. The girl at the register was very nice and sociable.

I walked into the salon with no appointment, having a hair emergency. I went to another salon and they hacked my hair, it was not even anywhere and I'm getting ready to go on vacation. Thank GOD Gracie was there to save the day. She had a few minutes before her next appointment and all I asked was for her to cut the one largely uneven piece. Gracie saw my atrocious layers and fixed them for me too. She saved the day!
