I scheduled a consult for sclerotherapy on my legs . The staff was very friendly & the office was very clean . The girl who did my consult said that sometimes you may need multiple treatments but I would not even need a vile, my veins were not that bad . Doctor was professional his assistants were very friendly the day of procedure as well . However , I did not see any results . I was told it may take several weeks before I see anything but it has been months . Not one vein has diminished . I called and the woman I spoke to on the phone inquiring why I haven’t seen the slightest change . She was not that friendly and told me to book another appointment I would need multiple sessions . I explained again that during my consult I was told one session would be enough & I haven’t seen one vein diminish . I don’t want to schedule another session & have that not work either . She told me the doctor is booked & would put me on the waiting list for the doctor to even talk to me . That was in May , it’s August & I have yet to hear back from them .
