This garbage company is the pits. They’re rude, ignorant, and it’s obvious they don’t care. Half the time they don’t even empty the cans, and when they do, they leave garbage scattered on the side of the road like it’s not their problem.

And if you call their office, forget about it. The people you get on the phone are passive, dismissive, and flat-out ignorant. It feels like they’re used to getting yelled at all day, but that’s not an excuse, it’s a reflection of how the business is run.

They leave my garbage every week because I usually only have a small bag. They left it again this morning and I told the picker about it. He was very rude. I actually pay his salary because I pay taxes.

They leave trash on the ground (they spill it they should clean it) they break garbage cans.and just don't bother with taking even half of it.my trash doesn't get picked up for weeks as of today it's been 3. Just ridiculous they just ignore my street all together,..
