Devin and Zack from Pennline did a fantastic job taking two trees down after the big storm. One pine was on my wires ,other tree was cracked and leaning towards wire . Both of them knew what they were doing and worked really good together.
After Tuesday storm, tree was down across lines, affecting about 10 houses. Penelec didn't assess til around 0400 Thursday morning. Penn Line crew arrived and tree was removed by 1130. Crew was courteous and got the job done. Great praise for Penn Line. Can't say the same for Penelec.
UPDATE: Made this post as they were finishing up, they did get kicked into gear once the red truck showed up. They cut the sections into smaller pieces and even helped me load 1 out of 3 loads. I will give them a 4 because im sure there is good reason for them just sticking to certain rules. I just wish that the language barrier wasnt there. Nice fellas, talked with the “Mostly speaking English fella on how to take down the 100+ ft. Tree in my yard. He agreed to loading my dump trailer with the big pieces and chipping the rest. “Of course I’ve figured out that most of the time if they do not understand its (yea, yea, yea).
