Before Christmas, I was installing a new SSD and realized that I did not have a proper screw to install it. I called J&M to see if they had 1 that I could purchase. I was told to come in and help myself to what I needed at no cost. I got my screw and installed my SSD. J&M are amazing people, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

A little late on posting this review, but I was in the middle of a repair and didn't have any thermal paste due to the thermal paste not being included in the repair package I ordered (it was suppose to be included, but it was inventory picking error at the warehouse). I called in and spoke with Jason to see if he had any on hand that I could purchase. He was EXTREMELY generous and lent me some to use the very next day. A great and a very generous guy! I look forward to his services in the future in the event I need some help troubleshooting issues. Support your local businesses!
