When we called American Remodeling, we weren’t very hopeful as we felt defeated by the other companies who came to look at our roof. Larry showed up and immediately spiked a conversation that made us feel like friends, had a few moments to get to know one another before getting into the business! An added bonus, we have a 3 week old who he continuously respected the need for us to tend to and was very patient with us the whole time! Once it came time to sit down, he spoke to us in terms we could understand and made the entire process smooth and easy! Jamie came to my home to provide an estimate. She was very nice, professional and knew exactly what I wanted. It only took two days from contact to home visit,I'm very pleased.UPDATE: Work was completed by Howard and Terry (I hope I got that right). Both were very nice and knowledgeable, working through the issues with the bad measurements that were taken and a missing piece of my shower surround. The tub looks amazing and I love love love how it looks. They also installed a heated towel rack for me, I just need to paint behind it, so ignore the plaster in the pictures. :)
