Cynthia is fabulous! She actually has a consultation area where you sit and discuss your desired style. She will discuss your styling habits and anything pertinent to your desired style. Her cuts are perfect. Her level of attention to detail is impeccable. She is also very friendly. A conversation with her is like talking to an old friend. Today was my first appointment with her, and I couldn't be more impressed.

We just had our 2 dogs at Kim's for a week - first time boarding these dogs. My pug got a UTI and she took a urine sample to my vet and went 2 times to pick up meds for my girl. She called me and kept me updated on her, which put my mind at ease!! I recommend Kim 100%.
