My beagle had autoimmune meningitis, and was missing diagnosed, given pain medicine and sent home. I had to take him to another emergency vet, where they sent him to get a spinal tap. And the dr. Made me very uncomfortable. Cursing around the office and loosing her temper at people. Very unprofessional. My dog should of been sent for further evaluation. He had a light fever. His kneck was bent slightly and he was wobbly a day before he came in. The dr. Was more worried about past vets I took him to. Thats not gonna diagnose meningitis. All these place want is your money. I took my rabbit there one night for a emergency appointment. He looked like he was dying to me. Someone went around looking at all animals and asking people what’s wrong. After telling them and them looking at him I waited 4 hours before they finally saw him. They told me he had been respirating. They kept him for a few days. One day they never called me between the hours their supposed to to give me a update on how he’s doing. It’s 3:30pm I call and ask them and they told me “oh yeah he died earlier today” they never called me to tell me.
