“I came to Allegheny Health and Physical Medicine at just 18 weeks pregnant with extreme sciatic pain and symphysis pubis dysfunction. I was barely able to walk, get out of bed, and get in and out of my car. The pain was excruciating and I was desperate for any type of relief with little hopes of getting any better. After just ONE VISIT my pain almost disappeared completely. I have religiously seen Dr. Zak weekly through the rest of my pregnancy up until delivery. Without his help there is no way I would have been able to function let alone keep working without substantial pain through my pregnancy. I was finally able to enjoy this pregnancy and focus on the excitement of our new arrival. Everyone at this office was so wonderful and attentive.
