Their customers have praised the company for their reliability, expertise, and excellent communication.

One customer, a Navy service member, had a positive experience with the company's owner, John, and his wife, Vicky. They ensured open lines of communication, which gave the customer peace of mind while he was away for work. Vicky was commended for her timely emails and John for his quick responses to questions. The customer appreciated the respect they showed for his family and the care they took in handling their home. Steel City Insulation even returned to the customer's home to finish a job that another contractor had left unfinished.

Another customer was impressed with the quality of the insulation installed in their basement during a refinishing project. John was praised for his knowledge, expertise, and honesty. He went above and beyond by troubleshooting and making suggestions on other issues he saw. The customer was pleased with the neat and clean job site and plans to hire Steel City Insulation again for attic insulation.

A commercial client, Mordevco Companies LLC, had a great experience with Steel City Insulation on multiple projects. They were impressed with the functionality of spray foam insulation and the high-quality work that Steel City Insulation provided. John and his team set a new standard in quality and appearance that the client had not seen before in multiple Eastern seaboard States.
