I had a clogged basement pipe and it was broken pipe with a hole and the water poured directly to the basement floor. . I did business with Chaz Plumbing due to my home warranty company. After the service visit Chaz came 2-weeks later and replaced the pipe. However, the warranty company didn’t list the clog as one of my issues. Chaz unclogged the pipe at no charge. Contractors who work with home warranty companies have their work cut out for them dealing with approvals and sometimes you don’t know who they are going to send. Chaz got the job done timely, was a professional and went above and beyond. Now I can do laundry at home.

Chaz was initially assigned to repair our hot water heater via our home warranty company after the original service provider ghosted us and the home warranty company and we were already nearly a month without hot water. Chaz quickly diagnosed the issue and returned it to the home warranty company who opted to buy us out as we had hit our maximum coverage (note: we will be avoiding home warranties in the future). Chaz offered to complete the work for us directly as soon as possible and we gladly took him up on his offer. We had to tear out our shower due do a major drain leak. My husband wanted to do it, but wanted to make sure the plumbing was done right. Chaz came out on a Saturday to look at it and came back on Thursday evening to put in the shower head and knobs in for us. He did a great job and his price was more than fair.
