The good news in having 2 incidents of water damage in our home 3 months apart is that ServiceMaster has been a breeze to work with. From the time I file a claim with our homeowners insurance, it's no more than an hour until I have a call from sweet Jackie to schedule their visit. She is so kind & personable. They are easy to connect with via call or text. No automated systems! Real humans. We had a different team for each situation but they have always been friendly, informative, respectful, & ready to help with anything.
