We had Bristol windows made by Winchester installed thruout our home 31 years ago and have loved them ever since. Not only is the triple pane construction an excellent temperature insulator but they also greatly decreases noise from outside. After all this time, the bottom section of one window began to cloud. The contractor who installed them has long ago gone out of business but Winchester made good on their lifetime warrantee and replaced that panel at no charge. The installation is not guaranteed because the contractor is out of business but Winchester provided excellent instructions and the change-out is fairly easy for anyone who is even a little bit handy at DIY. We like these windows so much I could sell them.
