Couldn’t be happier with the job Aquilina did from the beginning estimate through to completion. Kelly was great to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout. Tony and crew were excellent in fixing our shifting foundation and what really set them apart was how clean they worked. Everything looked great when they wrapped up.
If you are looking to get foundation or waterproofing work done, call this company right now! I was a little skeptical at first because all of their reviews are 5 stars, but after I saw my basement this weekend, I completely understand why.
I called a lot of companies looking for quotes. Some called back, some didn’t. Some showed up, some didn’t. Kelly called me back within 30 minutes of me submitting my request and the first thing I noticed was he wasn’t a salesman. Finally someone who was listening to help and not to sell me something! hire these guys. seriously. right now!
last year, i bought a very old, but more than that, very very neglected, house. my floors were so water damaged and rotted that i couldn’t put furniture in certain big areas, and had to walk softly because i was so afraid i’d fall into the basement.
i was collecting quotes from a few places (they struck me more as salesmen than actual contractors) and came across aquilina. kelly was genuine, down to earth, and NOT a salesman (i mean this in a good way 😆). he worked with my budget as much as humanly possible to repair my floors, understood what my boundaries and budget were, and never ever pushed for more.
