I'm unfortunately one of the unlucky people who had 2 dead pixel 5a and one bad Pixel 6a in 6 months. I brought all of them to this shop.For the pixel5a I didn't even know Google has extended warranty for it. UBreakiFix staff helped me to claim the warranty and got both of them replaced under warranty.Exceptional service, very knowledgeable, very reliable.

This store was phenomenal! I dropped my phone on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 pm to replace my back glass. They called me at 2:30 pm on the following day to let me know it was done. Super polite, super fast, and great results.

Less than a year ago I had my screen replaced with their aftermarket screen (iPhone 13). Long story short, they fixed it however whenever there is an apple software update the phone goes black and won’t turn back on, however it is running in the background. In hindsight, I wish I would’ve just bought a new phone because the hardware I’m stuck with is no good and I am afraid one day my phone simply won’t turn back on.Even if I turn my phone off and back on the screen will be black for hours however it will still be on, but the screen is black.
