She was also able to answer any of the questions I had and made great suggestions.Her room is set up for the ultimate treatment. From the scents to the lighting all adds to the experience.I left having had one of the most relaxing experiences and my skin looked and felt fabulous! “If you like a more rough massage then this is your place. As for me, I love that. When I feel that knots are being worked over I'm happy and this place did just that. Definitely not a casual/lazy sweedish massage. My wife also went in and she had a different masseuse that also worked on her knots and she also loved it. They were also really flexible with scheduling which is always great too.“

“I went to Hand and Stone in Wayne, PA today and was greeted at the front desk by a stellar staff member, Shermire. She was attentive and extremely helpful. I forgot my glasses in my car so she kindly read the sign-in documents for me!! This is not my first experience with Shermire and I recall the last time to be very similar as she showed excellent customer service.Earlier in the day I called and spoke with Callie who was also extremely helpful in helping me to change my appointment from Sunday to today! Both she and Shermire spent a few minutes in conversation with me before my scheduled massage. They were engaging and enjoyable to talk with.Finally, Peter my masseur! I am so glad I was able to book with Peter as my schedule changed last minute! He is professional and always attentive to my health needs! I request him specifically and have seen him at least 3 times before today. Always excellent service!!!What a fabulous experience all around, start to finish!“
