I am thrilled with Ann! I had SO many issues with my payroll prior, and finally made the switch. Premier is concierge and boutique for sure. It is only me, and you would think I am their biggest client based on the treatment. Smooth, easy, and they really care. I am so happy with Ann and her team. (and wish I would have done this years ago)
I only run payroll once a month and it’s just me, so my contact with PremierNow Payroll + HR is usually minimal. But recently, they absolutely saved the day!
Two days before a business trip, I realized my passport had expired and I didn’t have a REAL ID. And my W2 didn't have my hyphenated last name, as the guy at the KOP DVM told me and sent me packing. I called PremierNow to see if they could update my name on my W2 and regenerate it. They could — as long as my LLC had my hyphenated name. Bingo! It did.

Ann at Premier was great! She helped me seamlessly get set up in the system and was very responsive to my questions. Using Premier has made my job as a business owner much easier as it is one less thing to have to worry about! I would recommend this system and this team.
