This was a big job, they scraped wallpaper off of ceilings and walls of our 1946 home. Meticulous detail and careful of disturbing other rooms . Asked for opinions as they were working to ensure our needs met.
I enjoyed very good service from initial introduction to the final pick up. Jason was extremely thorough in his explanation of the process and costs. Jill in the office answered all questions and made sure all would proceed smoothly. Dexter was very attentive to my family’s needs and kept me informed with the progress of the three painters.
The three painters were very polite and thoughtful not to mention they did an excellent job installing drywall then spackle, smoothing it all and finally painting. They kept any mess to a minimum and worked hard. All in all I was very pleased and would highly recommend Davis Painting.
Davis Painting may be the best professional contractors I have ever worked with. This outfit is obsessive about punctuality, thoroughness, and quality control. At every turn in the process, from the original estimate (thanks, Chuck) to the power wash (yay! young Davis, great job) to the meticulous prep -- scraping, sanding, and caulking -- where Rick, the crew manager, kept me informed at every step and insisted upon fulfilling every little detail of the contract (even some I would have missed), to the crews themselves where Billy, an expert brushman, astounded me with his energy and commitment to excellence (even at three stories off the ground).
