Don’t stand behind there work - they finally got out and fixed the hot tub ! I guess it’s my fault but I called another co & they said that the part they installed was wrong and it burned up the pump! Found out the is not true! It was an old pump & it went bad right after they installed a new panel! Everything fine now!

We have had a dream experience with Jay and his Aqua Docs team. Not only did he explain every little detail, and answer every silly and important question we had, but he did it with no “sales pressure “ tactics. When we finally chose a hot tub, he even closed the shop filled it up and had it running sowe could actually get in it and try it before we bought it. He stayed in contact while our contractor set up space for it. Jay delivered it, set it up and showed us how to maintain it. We have been in it every day since. Aqua Docs and specifically Jay have made two senior citizens extremely happy.

Aqua docs charged an upfront Scheduling /Diagnostic fee of $135.00 to inspect a problem with our Jacuzzi spa. I was hesitant about this initial process but was satisfied with the Diagnosis and minor repair for our unit. Our Spa is operating smoothly since repair about a month ago. Management was very helpful also.Thank you!
