Toxic workplace where the CFO bullies her employees and you are subjected to open office door fights with her husband via phone that are disruptive and unprofessional. My predecessors only lasted months and that told the story. I bailed after 5 month's as I developed a serious physical health issue, that was made more stressful by this awful culture. The Owner is a gem as are some project Managers. Unfortunately, they are out of office 80% working insight and that is when things get worse.
