We needed an appointment for our Guinea Pig to be seen and we couldn’t seem to get her in Anywhere. Covid made it hard for all parties involved. But. The receptionist , went above and beyond to get us in as soon as she could. She even made it a priority to call and let me know that an appointment had canceled so that’s she could fit in our nutmeg on that day! Although, we lost our Nutmeg to circumstances out of our control, the doctor and his assistant did the best they could and gave her the best treatment they could at the time. I go to the Owego office and they have been outstanding with my animals. Doc Rich as been wonderful with my girl Jessica and coaching me on her weight loss. I highly recommend all their vets here.
