Living so far from PA I do Appreciate the staff contacting me giving me updates on how my brother is doing. I’ve not met any of the staff. However I have spoken to several and all have been thorough on keeping me informed .
I have to say out of all the places my husband has been in the past ,Rochester Manor was the best .The place is immaculate and cheery. The staff is wonderful.Everyone works together for the good of their patients .Everyone went above and beyond my expectations during his stay there ….if I had to go to a nursing home ,I would definitely pick Rochester Manor .a big thank you to all the employees there .
I'm editing my review the weekend staff is horrible except a few good eggs. The week day staff are excellent. I know sometimes we can't control what day we are admitted. But if at all possible Friday, Saturday or Sunday don't do intake. Just wait at the hospital an extra few days, other than that yes I would come back if needed. Only 3 stars because the weekend staff (except a few) are terrible.
