The staff members were very professional, attentive and comforting during my Mothers brief stay. With an impending large snowstorm predicted requiring staff to work overtime and not leave as planned.
A family member was there for rehab for an injury. She was pleased with the facility but mostly with the people. She really got to like and care for the nurses and the staff. So thank you for looking after her.
My father was in Rochester Manor in Villa everyone treated him very nice they had nothing bad to say about him the staff was wonderful and he enjoyed himself im quite sure he have dementia but he's functional and it was a nice place for him to be around other people I feel for the exposure since he can't go out in the snow and see people like he like to do sitting on the porch.
