Hired Top Notch Roofing in April 2018. Proposal for the entire project was $4,400. Upon removal of the old roof, they discovered that the substructure around the skylight was severely damaged. I had existing water damage in the bathroom so it was no surprise. After an estimate for an additional $2,800, I agreed and they proceeded to replace the damaged area. It included 20 sheets of plywood. The job was completed within three days. It was an enormous undertaking. All materials were high quality and workmanship was thorough and professional. I didn't know that roofing companies specialized in customer service. Top Notch roofing sent out 2 roofers at 4:45pm to look at a leak that I had. They couldn't have sent 2 better guys to the house, although it was the end of a hot day, both roofers couldn't have been friendlier. Top Notch Roofing should be very proud to have guys like Dave and Dan working for them. Top Notch will now be my only call for services that they supply.
