Derek was so kind and generous with his time. We were there during the inspection and he allowed us to ask questions and addressed some concerns we had during our home inspection. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
In purchasing my first house I wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting into with our property. I did my research and found Derek. I couldn't have expected more. Derek set an appointment with us quickly for inspection. I was able to stay for the home inspection and he was so thorough checking everything and also offering general knowledge.
