My appointment was with Ashley Metz, she was so kind and easy to talk with during my appointment. I told her what I was envisioning and she made it happen and more! I love my hair so much, she did an amazing job!

After decades of thinking of coloring my hair, I finally caved and decided to get some highlights. I explained to Jess that I wanted something noticeable but not too drastic, and nothing that I would have to keep up with in the coming months in case I couldn't get back soon enough. She understood exactly what I needed and gave me some awesome subtle highlights and a quick cut to go along with them. I am very pleased and will certainly use her again in the future.
