Imperial Cleaners has quickly gained a positive reputation since its new ownership. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, especially noting the friendly and professional service provided by Colleen at the counter. The quality of work is highly praised, with many highlighting their satisfaction with shirt pressing and repair services. While prices have increased, clients feel the service remains excellent and comparable to other cleaners. The owners are described as polite and humorous, making every visit enjoyable. Overall, Imperial Cleaners is recommended for its reliable and high-quality service, making it a go-to choice for laundry needs.
I am a new customer. I had a few items that needed to be tailored including a rain jacket from 20 years ago. I still wear it because the fit is great, but it was completely worn with holes on the leather patches. They did an incredible job restoring my favorite rain jacket. Back to brand new condition! I also had a gorgeous dress from Calvin Klein that needed a new zipper. The work was great and the ladies are so kind. I definitely recommend them!
I wish the new owners could reset their business review menu from the previous owners. They do not deserve the negative reviews left from years of prior dissatisfaction. They are a great dry cleaners now and deserve the reviews they have earned. I am very happy with the service they provide.
When my old cleaner closed its doors I was recommended, by a friend, to try Imperial Cleaners. They did not disappoint! From the minute you walk in you are greeted by Colleen with a huge welcoming smile. The quality of work is unsurpassed. I will highly recommend Imperial to my family and friends.
