While some visits are wonderful and amazing, others feel rushed, uncomfortable, or like a waste of time and money. Some staff members are noted as clearly very inexperienced, which has led to negative incidents. My boyfriend and I came in for a Valentine’s Day treat, and it was such a wonderful experience! We both had the most relaxing pedicure, and there were so many different scent options to choose from for the foot massage, which made it even more enjoyable. The salon was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The new owner is very knowledgeable, considerate, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. This is truly a fantastic nail salon, and we will definitely be coming back again soon!
I’ve been doing my own nails for years, but wanted to get some special treatment! I went on a Sunday, no appt. I was taken right away. Michael did both my pedicure and full set. I described how I wanted my design, almond shaped and double French with varying colors of pink. It turned out great and the whole experience was wonderful.
This place is a hit or miss. You can get someone great one day and have an amazing experience or you can leave the place feeling it was just a waste of time and money. I feel that if the owners want to charge so much, they should really train their staff well. I had my eyebrows burned one time by an inexperienced lady and when I called I was informed that she was just “rushed” no other remediation was offered. Today I had a pedicure that took an hour, was very uncomfortable and felt rushed even though it took a long time! The young lady was nice, but clearly very inexperienced.
