My review is excellent because of Hector Torres specifically. He found out exactly what the issue was that previously other companies and other technicians could not figure out and were suggesting I would replace the entire system. It would have cost me over 25K!! Hector Identified the problem methodically and patiently to make sure the right issue was solved and the unit was working before recommending we just throw away the entire system.
So we have used ft young for several years now, and we are never happier that we made these switch to them. Dealing with their entire company has been a pleasure. Everyone is so courteous and professional at every point of the process.
We had an incorrectly installed top of the line Trane air conditioning system, that was purchased from another company. That I will not name but is a major player in the Lehigh valley area. Chris, and his team were able to identify the faults and incorrectness immediately, and there, then went and worked with trane directly it got completely resolved in less than one week.

Hector Torres was amazing and thorough!! Took the time to familiarize himself with our HVAC system so that he understood all the wires and parts and was able to fix the issue accordingly!
