Called Rick as our tankless water heater had an error code and for maintenance of our furnace. He arrived promptly and had us back up and running in no time. I would give Rick 10 stars if I could!! He drove 1 1/2 hours to repair our furnace, had to drive an hour each way to get the part, then returned to work on it until 7:30 pm on a Friday night. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains the problem, and knows how to fix it. He will be our go-to HVAC person from now on! So trustworthy and professional.
