I just went in for a foot injury. Turned out to be a fractured toe. Sounds silly, but it was gnarly, and hurts horribly. Seriously, every single person I interacted with at this facility were kind, caring, efficient and understanding. The whole thing was quick (in terms of how long it would have been waiting at an ER) and professional as well. I'm glad I did go in, as I was able to get an ortho referral, care instructions and gear, and antibiotics. They did everything in their power to treat me with care, excelled at it, and I'm very appreciative of their help. Consistent positive care. Katie, PA-C was kind and knowledgeable, providing wonderful treatment. Big, our nurse as always was friendly and efficient. They and the rest of the staff from front to X-ray deserve to be commended for professional and ingratiating care. I'm sorry I didn't recall all their names.

There was a wait but only about 45 minutes. There were probably about six people ahead of me. I was there for stitch removal so it wasn't urgent. The staff was very professional. I like to go there for medical needs that can't wait for my PCP.
